Plant Description
Yellow Coneflower, also known as Gray-headed Coneflower, is a hardy prairie species that produces bright yellow flowers on tall stems. It tolerates heat, drought, and heavy soils, making it extremely adaptable. The seedheads provide wildlife value and winter interest. Cut back in early spring if desired.
