Have a shady area that needs more life? We make it easy by giving you everything you need to break ground with confidence. Planting the garden yourself creates a deep bond between you and the ecosystem you’ll create, greater than an installed garden ever would.

Simply select your site conditions and choose your preferences. We will expertly curate a mix of locally grown native forbs, sedges, and spring ephemerals just for you. We’ll make sure something is blooming from spring through fall. With the included guides and instructions, install will be a breeze.

Things to Note:

• This is a shade garden. If your site gets more than 4 hours of direct sunlight, please look toward our Woodland Edge, Pollinator, or Prairie garden kits.

• Plants will be juvenile plugs and will take a year to mature. We sell plugs because they are significantly cheaper than mature plants.

• To minimize maintenance, please reference our design and care guides.

• A 2” mulch layer is highly recommended after installation. See planting instructions for more information.
